Three things we routinely deal with in Roath that newer-build engineers might not:
- Boiler relocations: many original boilers were installed in awkward kitchen positions; modern combi installs often need a flue route changed.
- Hidden lead pipework: small sections of legacy lead service pipework still exist in some properties; we replace these as part of any major plumbing work.
