CF10, CF11, CF14, CF23, and CF24 are our core area: boilers, heat pumps, bathrooms, electrical, and emergency callouts. We also cover CF15 and the surrounding areas; we just need a postcode at quote stage to confirm response times.
Why locals choose us
Most of our work in Cardiff comes from word of mouth, neighbours recommending neighbours. We’re Gas Safe registered, NICEIC certified, and Checkatrade approved. On heat pumps we work to the Boiler Upgrade Scheme route, so the grant comes off qualifying jobs: £7,500 for the mains-gas homes that make up most of Cardiff, or £9,000 if yours is one of the few still running on oil or LPG.
We don’t charge call-out fees on jobs we go on to quote. We don’t pad bills with parts you don’t need. We leave your house tidier than we found it.
Cardiff emergency response
Genuine emergencies (gas leaks, no heat in winter, burst pipes) get a 60-minute response anywhere in central Cardiff. Out-of-hours calls go through a triage line that wakes Nigel for true emergencies and books a 7am callback for everything else.
